Story
Meet Pebbles, a tiny girl with a big heart and the sweetest little underbite! ❤️Pebbles was surrendered to a large municipal shelter in Houston after spending years with her former family. After nearly 14 years, she suddenly had to start her life over.At 14 years old and just 15 pounds, Pebbles still has so much love—and plenty of silliness—to share! She is a happy, bubbly girl who loves going outside, looks forward to mealtime, and still gets those adorable bursts of playful energy. 🥰Above all, Pebbles loves being close to someone. Her favorite place is snuggled against her foster mom on the couch or curled up beside her foster sister, Ella. Once she decides you are her person, she simply wants to be wherever you are.Her foster mom feels that, after so much change, Pebbles is looking for reassurance that she belongs. This sweet girl wants to feel wanted, included, and loved—and she has so much affection to give in return.🐾 A few more things to love about Pebbles:• She is potty trained and will also use puppy pads when needed.• She does well on a leash and enjoys regular walks.• She rides well in the car.• She gets along with other dogs, though her people are her biggest priority.• She responds beautifully to praise and encouragement. Treats don’t interest her much, but kind words do!💊 Pebbles has chronic dry eye and needs daily eye drops. Thankfully, she takes them like a champ without any fuss! Her ideal home would have a secure yard for exploring and little zoomies, regular walks, and someone who enjoys having a devoted companion beside them on the couch.Pebbles has been through so much change, but she hasn’t lost her sweetness or her spark. She is ready for a loving home where she can settle in, snuggle up, and know she belongs. 🏡❤️💌 Ready to adopt Pebbles?
