Story
Ziggy was lovingly cared for by an elderly woman who was no longer able to meet his needs. We stepped in to care for him, but due to significant changes in our personal lives and demanding schedules, we are no longer able to provide the time and attention he deserves. He is a very calm, laid back 13 year old senior dog who is low maintenance and simply enjoys companionship and a peaceful environment. We are hoping to find him a stable, loving home where he can comfortably enjoy his golden years.

  Lucille Good Deal is a wonderful little 3 year old Poodle mix girl weighing 26 pounds and who lost her home because her 80's Mom was moving to a place she could not bring her dog. Seniors years can not only be hard on the senior humans but also on the dogs that these elderly people own.  Lucille  is affectionately called Lucy and she is a passionate girl with her love and her zest for life. She is active and busy and embracing her young life with great enthusiasm. Lucille has been around dogs, cats and children and is a STAR in every way around them.  Poodles are smart and this little girl is the Perfect size for smaller environments but she MUST have a family or person who will exercise her a lot.  She is not a girl you should expect to be good just lounging on the couch.  This young dog could be the Best companion for family outings that include camping, hiking, family sports events watching the kids play ball, and visiting relatives for family and dog gatherings to celebrate holidays or birthday milestones.
