***COMING SOON******NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS***Hello my name is "Siren NO" or "Siren stop that"! Just kidding ... you can just call me Siren. 🤙 I am a 4 month old spaniel - some say of the cocker variety and some say of the springer or King Charles variety! I just know that I'm 100% CUTE. I have long ears, beautiful curls and stunning colour.Let's just cut straight to the chase here though... I am what foster mom calls "special". I have a slight tilt to the right. You know, opposite of a race horse (they go left only) - I just find myself leaning right way sometimes. It just looks like my right ear is heavier than the left ear. And its not ALL the time, it never makes me lose my balance ... most people don't even notice! I can play, run, chew, eat and toilet JUST fine. You see, I came to HBR from a puppymill cull due to my "tilt". These kind folk at HBR have done their research and executed every test possible (parvo, ear infection, parasite, bloodwork) to explain my tilt and everything came back clear! I am completely healthy - I am growing, learning, and the tilt does NOT slow me down. We don't know if I will always lean, but we do know that I am happy, healthy, and exceeding ALL of my puppy expectations. Foster mom even calls me one of the easy ones. The vets and foster mom agree that I experienced some form of trauma that makes me the way that I am. I may or may not grow out of it BUT it has only improved since being in care. I LOVE MY LIFE ❤️My foster mom is happy to chat with anyone who would like to learn more. Now for the important stuff: I am being fostered with 2 human kids and 2 male Boxers. The kids are amazing. I LOVE the Boxers! One is older and grumpy but he teaches me manners. The other is a good 70 lb heavier than me, drags me around sometimes but also lays on his back and lets me wrestle him. He's cool like that. I love to play.I am crate trained 110%. I lay in my crate at night from 11pm-7am (I like my crate covered) and won't make a peep until I hear foster mom - foster dad is up at an unholy hour but I know to wait for mom. I am also in my crate or pen during the day when they are at work (Mom is just gone a couple days a week) or hockey. I remain super quiet and clean until they get home. My house manners are on par ! The dog walker comes often too and that's super fun. I can't help myself sometimes and will spaniel squeal when they come through the front door. Also, this SNOW is FUN! Wanna build a snowman?! I love the outdoors. I've also been around toddler humans and elderly dogs - I am good at reading a room, what can I say?! Gentle and sweet, I am your man. Foster mom even thinks I'd get along well with feline friends. If you like cooking in the kitchen, you can find me at your feet - leaning against your legs if you'll let me! You want to hold me and carry me around, cool with me - just watch my rightway dip! I love food and treats - true to the cocker breed, I ain't picky! I will be neutered on Dec 16th and will be ready to discuss our future after that! Can't wait to meet you! *located in Angus
