Story
Luna Negra is looking for a foster or her forever home.   This beautiful girl is about two years old and is ready for a soft place to land. Through no fault of her own, she found herself needing a new beginning, and she has handled it with so much grace.   Luna Negra is fully vetted and house trained. She is currently in training and doing incredibly well. She is smart, eager to learn, and really thrives when she has structure and guidance. You can see how much she wants to please her people.   She does well with medium and large dogs and would enjoy a confident canine companion, but she also bonds deeply to her humans. She is an amazing snuggler and happiest when she is curled up close after a walk or training session.   Right now, she needs a foster to help her transition safely while we continue reviewing applications for her forever family. A foster home will give her stability, routine, and the love she deserves while she waits. All supplies and support are provided.   If you are looking for a loyal, intelligent, affectionate companion, Luna Negra could be your girl. Whether you can open your home short term as a foster or forever as her adopter, you would be changing her life in the most beautiful way.   Please send us a message if you can help Luna Negra take the next step toward the happy ending she deserves.   ##2658228##

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Baby Girl! 💖 I’m a 7-year-old Border Collie mix who’s still a bit shy, but I’m slowly learning to trust and open up. I’m a sweet and loving girl at heart, and I can tell I’m going to be the most loyal companion to the right person. It might take me a little time to feel fully comfortable, but I’m making great progress every day. I’ve just started allowing my foster to pet me, and I even love a little attention when I come out of my shell. 🐾 I’m an independent girl who enjoys my alone time, but I also love a peaceful, laid-back environment. I spend most of my day relaxing and enjoying the little things, like laying in the sun in the yard. 🌞 I’m potty trained, crate trained, and pretty good on the leash, but I’m still learning the basics, like "sit" and "stay." Treats are my favorite, and I’m excited to keep learning! 🍖 **My Ideal Home:** * I’d love a quiet home with a patient person who understands I need time to open up. I’m best suited to a smaller family (1-3 people) who will respect my space and give me the time I need to trust them. * I’m not so sure about cats yet, but I think I’d do well with older, laid-back dogs who will allow me to take things at my own pace. I tend to run when there’s a lot of barking, but I always come back when I’m ready! 🐶 * A home with a fenced backyard where I can relax in the sun and enjoy some peace would be perfect for me. **A Word from My Foster:** Baby Girl is a very sweet, shy girl who is really starting to blossom. She’s warming up more and more every day, and I’m so excited to see her progress! She loves her alone time but is also enjoying the little bits of attention she’s getting. She’s a laid-back companion who enjoys being outside, especially in the sun. If you’re patient and understand that trust takes time, Baby Girl will reward you with loyalty and love. 💕 She’s going to make a wonderful addition to a calm and loving home. If you think you can give her the space and patience she needs, she’ll be your devoted companion for life. 🐕💖 Adoption FEE: $300 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE:  www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. If you have additional questions, you may send an inquiry email to adopt@mercyfullprojects.org to be answered at our earliest convenience. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need. **Our companions MUST live in your home as part of your family. **We do not transport. **Review our website for more information.  DOG ADOPTION PROCESS: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MFP/Dog CAT ADOPTION PROCESS: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MFP/Cat

Story
Evie is full of life and energy and loves being with people! She is good with other dogs and not so good with cars, so she needs a home with no cats. She likes long walks and car rides. Because she is so full of energy she needs lots of exercise - running in the yard, or at least 60 minutes a day is recommended. She would love to be a family dog with older children, but just as content with an active couple or single person.  Evie knows some basic commands- sit, shake, sit pretty, and maybe stay! Evie is up to date on vaccines, house and crate trained. She is only 25lbs and 7 years young! She is in the Goldilocks zone is dogs - not to big or small and not too young or old. She is looking for her forever home. Maybe that is with you?    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 12, 2026, 11:29 am
