Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Jessie 🌸🐾 I’m an 8-month-old sweetheart with a gentle, loving heart. I can be a little shy and nervous at first, but I’m opening up more and more every day—and once I feel safe, I become the cuddliest, most affectionate girl 💛 I’m very friendly and kind, I just need a little time to build my confidence. After just a few days in my foster home, I’ve already started showing my true personality—soft, loving, and always ready to snuggle once I trust you. I’m crate trained and still learning the basics, especially when it comes to walking on a leash and getting comfortable outside. The world can feel a little scary to me right now, so I’ll need a patient family who will help me take things slow and show me that everything is okay. My ideal home would be a quiet, calm environment—especially a smaller family (1–3 people) with a fenced yard where I can safely explore at my own pace. I just need a little time, love, and reassurance to truly shine. A little note from my foster: Jessie is the sweetest girl. She just needs a chance to feel safe, and once she does, her loving personality comes out so beautifully—she’s going to make such a special companion 🌸🐾💛 Adoption FEE: $400, which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE: www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. Story
Evie is full of life and energy and loves being with people! She is good with other dogs and not so good with cats, so she needs a home with no cats. She likes long walks and car rides. Because she is so full of energy she needs lots of activities and exercise - running in the yard, or at least 60 minutes a day walking is recommended. She would love to be a family dog with older children, but just as content with an active couple or single person.  Evie knows some basic commands- sit, shake, sit pretty, and stay! Evie is up to date on vaccines, house and crate trained. She is only 25lbs and 7 years young! She is in the Goldilocks zone is dogs - not too big or small and not too young or old. She is looking for her forever home. Maybe that is with you?    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 12, 2026, 9:22 am
