Meet Stely! 🐾💛Stely is a handsome 1-year-old male Collie mix with the perfect blend of brains, manners, and sweetness. If you’re looking for an easygoing companion who’s already got the basics down, Stely is your guy! He’s dog friendly, cat friendly, and kid friendly — truly a wonderful fit for just about any family. Stely is fully house trained and crate trained, and he’s a total gentleman indoors. No chewing up the house, no chaos — just a happy couch potato who enjoys relaxing near his people.Stely is incredibly smart and loves routine. He even rings a bell on the door when he needs to go outside! He’s eager to please and picks up on things quickly. He does have a slightly shy side and can be a little skittish when meeting new people. But with a little patience and kindness, he warms up beautifully and forms a deep, loyal bond. He’s playful too — he’s gotten along great with other animals and even made friends with a neighbor’s pig! 🐷If you’re ready for a gentle, intelligent, well-mannered best friend who will happily share your couch and your heart, Stely is ready to go home. Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles.
