Story
Hospice Home Needed We are searching for a very special person (or family) to give one of our dogs the one thing she deserves most: love and comfort for the rest of her life. This sweet girl has cancer in her jaw. We are continuing to look for a rescue, but we want to be honest—the odds are low. Surgery may not improve her quality of life, may not be successful, and would likely cost thousands of dollars with a specialist. Because of that, we believe the kindest path forward is hospice care, not more invasive treatment. What she needs now isn’t a miracle—it’s a home. A quiet place. A soft bed. Someone to love her, advocate for her, and cherish the time she has left. Someone who will let her enjoy good days, help her through the hard ones, and allow her to leave this world with dignity when the time comes. We will support her hospice family however we can and be here every step of the way. She is still here. She still wants affection, comfort, and connection. She still has love to give. If you’ve ever opened your heart to a hospice animal—or think you might be able to—please reach out. Even sharing this post helps more than you know. We know this is a huge ask, knowing this is absolutely heartbreaking, but no dog should have to spend her last days in a shelter. Please help us make sure that her story ends with love, not loneliness in a kennel at a shelter. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143January 15, 2026, 1:52 pm

Story
Meet Billy Bob, a sweet and wise Border Collie mix with a heart as big as his 70 lbs! He’s about 1 1/2 years old and has the calmest, most serious vibe—like a little old soul in a furry body. Billy Bob loves his walks, especially the sniffing breaks, and he’s a total pro on leash. He’s not the type to beg for attention, but when he’s ready, he soaks it up like the best cuddle buddy ever. Once he feels safe, he’s like a loyal little guardian, ready to love you with all he’s got. The whole shelter crew has fallen head over paws for him, and we just want to find him a loving home where he can be the amazing, devoted friend he truly is!January 31, 2026, 4:11 pm
