Story
Meet Ankles 💛 Just over a year old, Ankles is a spayed female collie mix weighing around 50 pounds. She came to us from a local situation where breeding had gotten out of control, and thankfully, her former owner reached out for help. Ankles is incredibly affectionate and loves every person she meets. With other dogs, she’s a bit shy at first but has a playful side that comes out as she gets comfortable. Each day, she’s growing more confident as she settles into a steady, loving routine. She’s house trained and happiest when she’s curled up close to her person, soaking up all the love she can get. Ankles is ready for her fresh start and is looking for a foster or forever home where she can truly thrive. Apply to foster or adopt at: www.pottersangelsrescue.org

🐾 Meet Pearl – Your Future Adventure Buddy! 🐾 Pearl is an 8–10 week old Border Collie mix who is already stealing hearts everywhere she goes. As her foster’s very first foster pup, she’s been an absolute joy to watch grow—even if it’s only been for a short time. This smart little girl is already doing well with potty training and is great about going outside. Like any young puppy, she’s still learning and may have occasional accidents, so consistency will be key as she continues to grow. Pearl sleeps through the night in her crate like a champ and wakes up ready to take on the day. She absolutely loves being outdoors—especially if there are sticks involved—and enjoys playing with other dogs. She recently met a cat and wasn’t too interested, making her a potentially easy addition to a mixed-pet home. She’s incredibly affectionate and loves her people, always ready for pets and attention. Just a fair warning—like most puppies, she has her playful “piranha” moments, especially in the morning…so maybe keep those toes covered for now. 😂 Pearl is looking for a family ready to continue her training, give her lots of love, and help her grow into the amazing dog she’s already showing signs of becoming. ✨ Apply to adopt Pearl at www.pottersangelsrescue.org

Her gentle nature shines through in her unwavering love for people; she craves affection and thrives on human touch. But it's not just people she adores-her heart extends to every canine companion she meets, finding joy in playful romps and tail-wagging friendships.
