Hi there, my name is Talullah and I am a two year old coonhound mix with long legs, soft ears, and a heart that is way bigger than my 39 pounds. I started out as a stray, but you would never know it by how quickly I decided that people, puppies, and even cats are pretty great company. I am a sweet little hound girl who believes cuddling is very important business. One time when I was at the shelter, waiting for my ride to Happy Bark, I even helped myself into the puppy area just so I could snuggle them, it made everyone laugh and honestly I felt very proud of myself. I am also good with the office cat, I know how to be polite and calm, even when my nose is curious. I have medium energy and a pretty chill vibe. I am happy to hang out with you, keep you company, and enjoy a relaxed day. Every once in a while I get the zoomies and show off my silly side, but it does not last long and then I am right back to being your easygoing hound girl. If you are looking for a loving, gentle dog who enjoys cuddles, gets along well with others, and brings just the right amount of fun into your life, I might be your perfect match. I weigh about forty three pounds, just the right size for couch snuggles and neighborhood strolls. I came to a shelter as a stray, which means my past is a little bit of a mystery, but what matters most is where I am headed next, hopefully home with you. I am a sweet and gentle girl who truly enjoys human affection. Petting time is my favorite time, whether that is a nice scratch behind my ears or just leaning quietly against you while you relax. I have done well with other dogs and passed all my testing, so I am happy to have canine friends. I should let you know that cats are not my cup of tea, so a cat free home would be best for everyone. At my age, I am past all the wild puppy business. I know how to appreciate the simple things, a comfy bed, kind voices, tasty treats, and someone who enjoys my calm and loving nature. I would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate dog who is ready to settle into a steady routine and enjoy life together.
