Hello.We discovered Sasha running around our neighborhood with joggers, people walking their dogs and lounging in the park outside our home. Once we realized she didn't belong to anyone, we took her in and had her checked for a chip. Unfortunately, her previous owner could not be located. She is 10 years old and in excellent health.We have had her one year.She is a very gentle & sweet dog! Sasha lived with our grumpy senior chihuahua and tolerated her growling and snapping.She tolerates our cats rubbing on her and bathing her.She loves to relax in my lap! She enjoys daily walks, a little play with her toys and being silly!She is house trained. She barks at visitors at the door and she minds well. She is mild-medium energy and loves interaction and belly rubs! She is precious.We are divorcing. One of us is moving across the country and the other into an apartment where pets are not allowed. She would be great for a Senior who walks. Please pass along to anyone you think would love her.

Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Calling or emailing us to see if you are being considered will not expedite the process. If you have been selected for an interview we will contact you within 48 hours of submission. Thanks for your patience.  Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other  Saturday between 10 and 2.
