Story
I have recently been returned to KKPR as a result of a divorce and due to no fault of my own. I was originally an owner surrender because my family couldn't provide the home that I deserved. I am two years old and was an outside only dog. I was initially afraid of coming inside. However, I am now snuggling with my foster mom and sleeping in bed with her. I am crate and house-trained. I use the doggie door to take care of my business. Since I was alone most of the time, I learned to entertain myself by throwing toys in the air and catching them, which provides my foster mom with plenty of comic relief. I previously lived in a home with small children, so should be fine with them. I would do best in a home with a fenced back yard so I can run and play. I have not been cat-tested, but Kimie feels that I will do fine with proper introductions.

Story
Eddie is looking for a family! 🐾 Eddie originally came to our shelter as a stray, and sadly his family did not come to look for him. Eddie is estimated to be about 2 years old and weighs between 20-25lbs. He would make the perfect pint-sized adventure buddy. Eddie is currently in a foster home. This is what his foster parent has this to say about him: "He’s a puppy and loves to play and walk. His barking at others is just an act – he gets along well with others and other dogs. He initially barks, then settles down. He doesn’t mean to be destructive, but he is tough on soft toys, so I only let him play with tough rubber toys and the tennis ball. Overall, he’ll be a wonderful pet for someone who is ready for his energy!" Eddie's foster has been working with him on crate training and other house manners.
