Story
They call me Big Mack, but I’m actually quite little—must be because of my BIG heart and all the love I have to give! I love going on walkies with my people, playing fetch, and rolling around in the yard, and I’ve been told I’m pretty adorable too. *Medical Highlights* Heartworm - Negative The Shelter noted a grade 3/4 heart murmur, but it doesn't slow me down at all with no clinical symptoms observed, I have an exam with the rescue on 3/27.  I can go home with you TODAY, just bring me back for my appointment at FLUFF.  I’m also starting a diet to shed a couple of pounds and stay my healthiest self! https://www.fluffanimalrescue.org/adoption-application My adoption fee includes my sterilization, microchip, all core vaccines to date, dewormer Thanks for considering adoption! *Information deemed reliable, but not guarenteed* ##2677687##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please Welcome Cruise to 4 Lucky Dogs Pet Rescue, Inc.! Everyone, meet Cruise! This handsome 3½-year-old Blue Merle Corgi has officially joined the 4 Lucky Dogs family, and we’re excited to help him find the fresh start he deserves. Cruise was lovingly owner surrendered after increasing challenges with the toddler in his previous home. While these decisions are never easy, his family wanted to give him the opportunity to find a home that better matches his needs. One thing is certain—Cruise absolutely loves his people. ❤️ He wants to be involved in everything you’re doing, happily following you from room to room and soaking up every cuddle he can get. Having come from a busy household where someone was almost always home, he truly enjoys companionship and being part of the family. This boy has plenty of energy! Whether it’s going for walks, ‍‍➡️racing around the yard with the zoomies, exploring hiking trails ️,or splashing in a kiddie pool, Cruise is always ready for his next adventure. A securely fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus for him. Cruise is potty trained and has done wonderfully during his first few days in foster care . He also enjoys car rides and loves plush toys—although they usually don’t stay plush for very long! When crated, having a durable chew toy helps keep him happy and occupied. As with many dogs adjusting to change, Cruise does have a few things we’re carefully evaluating. He isn’t comfortable having his paws handled, especially for nail trims, although he tolerates a Dremel much better than traditional clippers. He’s also cautious about having his belly touched by people he doesn’t know and can become anxious around loud noises, yelling, or sudden movements. We believe much of this stems from trust and uncertainty in new spaces, and we see that dogs often blossom in foster care once they feel safe and secure. Cruise has never really been socialized with other dogs and would do best as the only pet in the home. During a recent outing with our amazing Orlando fosters Rizka and Alex, he reacted by barking and growling at a large dog, reinforcing our belief that after almost 4 years with no routine exposure to other dogs, he will thrive in a home where he doesn’t have to share his space. He would do best with older, respectful children only who understand how to give dogs their space. As always, we take owner histories into consideration, but we also know that rescue dogs often surprise us. The environment they come from isn’t always the environment they’ll become. We’ll continue getting to know Cruise, helping him build confidence, and updating everyone as we learn more about this handsome little guy. So far, we think his future looks incredibly bright, and we can’t wait to watch his journey unfold. Welcome to the family, Cruise! ❤️Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 8, 2026, 9:02 pm

Story
Scooby-Doo, I recently adopted him from the Sarasota ASPCA in January of 2026. Recently, I have a diagnosis of a skin condition related to dogs I need to rehome him as soon as possible. He is house broke and has a regular schedule for his need to go outside. He seems to not be bothered with cats. Children I do not know; since he is a rescue from Sarasota ASPCA I would think that he would be adoptable to a family with children. He does have a lot of energy he would definitely enjoy your yard. Someone who would want to take him to a dog park. He currently goes on walks.
