Story
A WONDERFUL GIRL:  Approx. 2 years old / Approx. 31 lbs. Hi, I’m Wanda! I came to Mostly Mutts when I found myself in need of a home! Thankfully, they took me in, and I am soaking up all the love and attention from the volunteers here and I heard them say that I’m now ready to find a family of my very own. I’m very excited about that, so plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member! I recently went to a foster home, so check back soon to see how I’m doing there! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, though I prefer slow introductions. I may let out a few playful growls, and if another dog gets too pushy, I’ll give a gentle correction—if you have a nice doggie at home already, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / Cats unknown. / I met a couple of kids at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have kids around 10 years old, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m described as a playful, super friendly, and energetic girl with a sweet personality and an adorable face to match! The volunteers also report that I’m loving and they think I may be quite the people pleaser because I enjoy being close to my humans and soaking up attention. I was wonderfully relaxed during my bath and even leaned into my bather for extra affection. When I want attention, I have the cutest little whine that’s sure to melt hearts. With my smart, loving nature and happy spirit, I’m ready to be a wonderful companion. / Energy level: 5-7.  • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a smart girl who has mastered the ‘stay’, ‘come’, and ‘drop it’ commands and I bet you can teach me even more! Let's do some training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / I’m doing alright in my crate, but it’s not my favorite place to spend time. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule.      • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love affection and enjoy both receiving and giving it! Spending time with the volunteers is one of my favorite things, whether we're cuddling, hanging out, or just enjoying each other's company. I also like toys and having fun with the people around me. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m a wonderful dog looking for a wonderful family! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga. August 7, 2026, 6:39 am

Story
🐾 Meet Millie! 🐾 Millie is almost ready to find the loving family she’s always deserved! ❤️ Estimated to be 5–6 years old and weighing around 30 pounds, Millie is our best guess at a Corgi/Chihuahua mix with the cutest ears and an even sweeter personality. Millie came to us after being abandoned in a home with two other dogs when her elderly owner had to move away. Despite everything she’s been through, she hasn’t let it change her loving heart. She’s a gentle, easygoing girl who simply wants to be loved. Millie appears to be house-trained (and puppy pad trained) and has wonderful manners. She gets along great with other dogs, cats, and people of all ages, including calm, respectful children. ✨ Millie has already been: 🐾 Heartworm tested negative 💉 Up to date on vaccinations 📍 Microchipped 🩺 Started on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention Millie is scheduled to be spayed on August 11, 2026, and will be ready to head to her FURever home once she’s recovered. 💲 Adoption Fee: $200 Millie absolutely loves her food and treats, and she also enjoys car rides—she’s always happy to hop in and go for an adventure or just ride along with her favorite people. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who will happily curl up beside you, enjoy family time, and love everyone she meets, Millie may be your perfect match. ❤️ Apply to adopt Millie today by submitting an application at www.fureverfurkids.com and help us give this sweet girl the happy ending she’s been waiting

Story
Molly is two and a half years old (born Dec '23), spayed and chipped. She is predominantly Corgi and Black Lab and weighs 45 pounds. We've had her since she was six weeks old. Our older dog has decided she doesn't like Molly anymore, which has ended up in a couple of fights that needed vet attention for both. My Mother-in-Law, who has dementia, lives with us so it is a huge struggle to keep the dogs apart because she forgets.Molly is a fun girl. She has plenty of energy but loves attention as well. She wants to be near and loves to snuggle up with us on the couch. She's smart and rather curious, and readily shows her belly to other dogs and people. She knows sit and shake, sometimes lie down. She enjoys gnawing chew bones, unstuffing stuffies, and chasing a ball. She is up to date on her shots and has been on Symperica her whole life. She just had her yearly checkup and received a clean bill of health. We just want someone who will love her like we do.
