Boomer and Benney are loving and well-behaved dogs. Benney is a very affection dog, he loves to lay in your lap and under the covers with you. Hopefully, someone can take both, they have been together since they were puppies, but we understand how hard it can be to take on 2 dogs.

Story
A WONDERFUL GIRL:  Approx. 2 years old / Approx. 31 lbs. Hi I’m Wanda!  I came to Mostly Mutts when I found myself in need of a home!  Thankfully, they took me in, and I am soaking up all the love and attention from the volunteers here and I heard them say that I’m now ready to find a family of my very own.  I’m very excited about that, so plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have a dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I met a couple of kids at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have kids around 10 years old, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m described as a playful, super friendly, and energetic girl with a sweet personality and an adorable face to match! The volunteers also report that I’m loving and they think I may be quite the people pleaser because I enjoy being close to my humans and soaking up attention.  I was wonderfully relaxed during my bath and even leaned into my bather for extra affection.  When I want attention, I have the cutest little whine that’s sure to melt hearts.  With my smart, loving nature and happy spirit, I’m ready to be a wonderful companion. / Energy level: 5-7.   • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘stay’, ‘come’, and ‘drop it’ commands and I look forward to learning more.  Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / I’m doing alright in my crate, but it’s not my favorite place to spend time. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule.         • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love affection and enjoy both receiving and giving it!  Spending time with the volunteers is one of my favorite things, whether we're cuddling, hanging out, or just enjoying each other's company.  I also like toys and having fun with the people around me. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m a wonderful dog looking for a wonderful family!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.  July 8, 2026, 9:39 am

Story
Molly is two and a half years old (born Dec '23), spayed and chipped. She is predominantly Corgi and Black Lab and weighs 45 pounds. We've had her since she was six weeks old. Our older dog has decided she doesn't like Molly anymore, which has ended up in a couple of fights that needed vet attention for both. My Mother-in-Law, who has dementia, lives with us so it is a huge struggle to keep the dogs apart because she forgets.Molly is a fun girl. She has plenty of energy but loves attention as well. She wants to be near and loves to snuggle up with us on the couch. She's smart and rather curious, and readily shows her belly to other dogs and people. She knows sit and shake, sometimes lie down. She enjoys gnawing chew bones, unstuffing stuffies, and chasing a ball. She is up to date on her shots and has been on Symperica her whole life. She just had her yearly checkup and received a clean bill of health. We just want someone who will love her like we do.

Story
We are looking for a loving home for our sweet small-breed girl. She is playful, affectionate, and full of personality. She truly thrives on attention and would do best with someone who has the time to spend with her and include her in daily life. This decision has not been easy. Unfortunately, due to a recent change in my landlord’s pet policy, I am no longer allowed to have pets. My priority is finding her a safe, stable home where she will receive the love and attention she deserves. She will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, fun, and loving dog.

Story
This is Maple! We acquired her from our local fire department! Maple was a stray that wandered into the fire house. One of the fireman took her in while she was being seen at the vet for getting shots and spayed. We were then lucky enough to meet her and knew she’d be perfect for our family. The vet thinks she is around 2 years old now. Maple is truly the best dog. She is super fun, very energetic, and extremely smart. She also loves to cuddle! She is great with other dogs (we put her in doggy daycare) and fantastic with young children. Unfortunately, our life is progressing fast and we aren’t able to give Maple the attention and time she truly deserves anymore. We are looking for a new home that has plenty of space for her to run around and play (she loves her toys) and owners that will give her the time and attention she deserves. This has been one of the toughest times in our life, but we love her and only want to see her enjoying life to the fullest!
