Story
Hurbey is a 2 year old male Corgi/Lab mix who is sure to steal your heart the moment you meet him. It’s hard to resist his handsome coloring, adorable little legs, and that charming tail curl. He practically struts when walking on a leash, clearly loving every step of his time with you. Hurbey also enjoys a chance to romp and play in the park, showing off his fun playful side. He can be a bit dog-selective, reacting to some dogs while okay with others, so a Meet and Greet is recommended if you have other dogs at home. Overall, Hurbey has great manners and proudly shows off a perfect “Sit,” whether he’s earning treats or posing for the camera - such a good boy! He is patiently waiting for his forever family to bring him home, where he will be cherished just as much as he will adore them in return. Be sure to visit Hurbey soon!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. Story
Moses is a small but mighty bundle of joy with a big personality packed into a little body. Moses is a spunky sweetheart who adores his little stuffed toys (and proudly keeps them intact!) When the zoomiews strike, he lets his tiny legs fly as fast as they can go. He's gentle, playful and unbelievably sweet - the kind of good boy who steals your heart without even trying.  Moses may be small, but his love, charm, and happy energy are anything but.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 7, 2026, 1:39 pm

Story
Cricket 6 years old 24 lbs. (should be 20 lbs.) Fully vetted Corgi/Chihuahua mix Cricket is incredibly sweet with people. She loves belly rubs and is very playful. She is house trained, crate trained, knows some basic commands, is gentle taking treats, loves car rides, and gets very excited for walks. Cricket would be best as the only dog in a home. Definitely not in a home with dogs smaller than her. She seems to have a bit of a prey drive that doesn't go over well with smaller animals. Because of this, a fenced yard is preferred. However, if you have experience with proper dog management, she would do fine with leash walks though does need some work walking nicely on leash without pulling. If interested in adopting her, please complete our adoption application at: http://tinyurl.com/mpmrapp
