Smudge is on the shy and cautious side right now, shelter life can be overwhelming for a young pups but behind those soulful eyes is a heart ready to love once he feels safe. Smudge may need a bit of patience and gentle encouragement, but we know that with time, kindness, and a cozy home, he will blossom into the happy, goofy boy he's meant to be. He enjoys his toys and feels more confident when he has something familiar nearby. If you have a calm home, a soft spot for shy souls, and the patience to let Smudge come out of his shell at his own pace, he'll reward you with the sweetest love.
