He is the kind of dog who melts into you the moment he feels safe — calm, affectionate, and endlessly loyal. Mushu does amazing with humans of all sizes and truly enjoys being around his people. He’s happiest curled up nearby or snoozing peacefully in his kennel, which he actually loves and often chooses as his go-to resting spot during the day. This handsome guy would do best in a cat-free home, and while he can coexist with other dogs, he does need a little time to warm up to larger dogs. Once he feels comfortable, his gentle personality really shines. Yes, Nugget has epilepsy, but he's SO MUCH MORE! 💛 This 6 year old guy is a snugger, a lover, a popcorn stealer, a homework helper, a friend-to-all-creatures, a kiddo wrangler, and all around hoot. Please don't let his occasional seizures scare you away! He is super mellow at times, and a drop-everything-to-play-chase at others. He's well behaved, doesn't bark, loves to go on walks, is respectful of your space, doesn't challenge other dogs, loves to play with children, and simply brings joy and smiles wherever he goes. Nugget, First of His Name, and Bringer of Light, is READY for a forever home. You are MISSING OUT on this Corgi blend. He's absolutely perfect in our eyes! And he sploots about 40 times a day. 🤣🤣Please consider this ANGEL of a dog. You'll be hard pressed to find another dog this well rounded and behaviorally balanced. Story
Dreya was originally found on the side of the road. She was aggressive towards men and territorial prior to her being surrendered to us. While in our care, we rehabilitated her behavior and she has done great. She likes to cuddle but loves to play with other dogs and her care takers. While in a Foster to Adopt, Dreya did not enjoy her furry brother, and because of this we have marked her as not dog freindly. Dreya seems to be dog selective, and does generally fine with the dogs in her foster home, however, they are larger breeds. It was also noted that she needs a backyard, as she does not like to go potty on a leash. Dreya is truly a sweet and loving dog, however, she will need to continue to be rehabilitated and worked with, this is why we selected an experienced adopter. Dreya is very teachable, and responds well with consistency, and determination. Dreya is in need of a "Unicorn Adopter", can you be her diamond in the rough?
