Meet Georgie!
Georgie is a charming Shih Tzu mix (about 20 lbs and 2½ years old) who is ready to steal hearts. This little guy is full of personality, affection, and confidence—and he truly loves everyone he meets.
Georgie gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, even sharing his foster home happily with a few Great Danes! He’s friendly, social, and has never met a stranger—people and pups alike are instantly his friends.
He walks beautifully on a leash, rides like a champ in the car, and does great out in public, calmly minding his own business while taking in the world. Georgie loves long outdoor walks and exploring his surroundings, and his favorite toy is a ball—you’ll often find him carrying one around and happily retrieving it for you.
At home, Georgie sleeps soundly in his crate at night and goes in willingly when asked. During the day he may be a bit vocal when crated, but he settles well with routine. He’s a smart boy who learns quickly and is house-trained!!!
Sweet, affectionate, and endlessly lovable, Georgie would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a happy, loyal little dog who brings joy wherever he goes.

We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting. Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine.
The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you.
The first step to adopting is to fill out an application for adoption. Once approved we will arrange a time for you to meet the animal you are interested in. If it is a match the adoption can then be completed and you can take home your new furry family member. If it is not a match we will file your approved application and you can wait till you find the perfect match.
