Story
Jessie was picked up as a stray so we don't have any background information on her. She looks a lot like a flatcoated retriever and acts a lot like one. She is very athletic, loves to runs and play and is very good with other dogs as long as they are not too overbearing with her. She will submit to them and then defend herself if pushed too far, not inappropriately, she just draws a line for them as to where is too much. She is very sweet with people and would likely make a very good dog for older children that are big enough to handle all her energy. She loves her treats and belly rubs. Not sure how she would be with cats, I am sure she would chase them if they ran, that would be an awesome game for her. PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Do not e-mail us with a request to call you, if you have a question, please ask in the e-mail.   All dogs are adopted on a first come - first served basis.
