She may be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, her playful side comes out in full force. At just 12 pounds, she’s the perfect “pick&#226&#128&#145me&#226&#128&#145up” size — small enough to scoop into your arms, big enough to fill your whole heart. And those ears… truly a work of art. Moo Moo is craving love, attention, and a person who will help her blossom into the confident, happy pup she’s meant to be. Canela was an abandoned puppy found in an Orangefield at less than a month old. somebody brought her home and was not able to take care of her. We have now had her for two years. She has had her first shots and had her rabies shots October 2025 she is the best inside door lap dog, well trained in-home great for anybody that just wants as a companion animal very playful does not bite or growl gets along with other animals she is used to dog parks. We are no longer able to hold all these dogs here in such a small area. We would love for her to go to a good home thank you. She is bilingual in Spanish

This beautiful litter of puppies have been very much loved in foster care. We are now accepting applications. They will be ready to go to their new homes by 1/31/26. Mom is a super social, wonderful dog who has done a great job raising the puppies. She is a dachshund mix so we are guessing the puppies are dachshund, chihuahua, and terrier mixes. She is about 12 pounds so the puppies should stay small. Please email their foster mom at joyce@animalcompassionteam.com if you have any questions or would like more information.
