Oskar is a 3-year-old dachshund who is just starting to adapt to home life. He likes to explore the yard, play with his little canine foster brothers, and cuddle. He is just figuring out toys and learning to play with them. He has bursts of energy followed by hours of sleeping. Oskar is good in his pen and is potty trained. His recall is great and he will race to you when you call for him. He doesn’t know what to do on a leash, but will likely learn quickly. He’s very bright but needs time to feel confident and secure. Oskar is looking for a dachshund-experience home with another dog buddy about his size. He needs someone who is home most of the time and he requires a physical, fenced yard for safe adventures. He can be slow to warm up to new people and situations so he’s requesting a patient, quiet home with no teeny children. This sweet and handsome guy is being fostered in the St. Louis area.  ##2593831##

Roderick is the sweetest dachshund puppy. He loves to snuggle, play, run around, then snuggle some more. Roderick came from a puppy mill, so she’s still trying to figure out how to live in a home. He’s learning quickly and having so much fun. He has a blast romping with his foster brothers and just racing around outside. He loves other dogs and would be really happy in a home with another small dog close to his size. Roderick is good in a crate and is working on potty training. He’s really great with kids and wants to cuddle with everyone. Roderick needs a home with dachshund experience where someone is home most of the day. He needs a physical, fenced yard and someone who is patient and ready for the whole puppy experience. Roderick is being fostered in the St. Louis area.  ##2593828##

Friederick is a typical dachshund puppy. He’s sweet and cuddly, loves to run, run, run. Then nap, nap, nap. Just about 4 months old, his favorite thing is to run around with his foster brothers, play with toys, eat, and snuggle with his person. He just figured out how much fun toys can be and it’s so incredibly cute to watch him play. Friederick loves other dogs so much. He’d really be happy in a home with smaller dogs to play with and cuddle. He is good in his crate and is working on potty training. He’s fantastic with kids and just wants to be loved. Friederick is from a puppy mill and is still learning to live in a house. So far, he’s doing great! He requires a home with dachshund experience where someone is around most of the day. A physical, fenced yard and lots of puppy patience are necessary. Friederick is being fostered in the St. Louis area.  ##2593829##
