Story
Meet Tina, the charming mystery mix you've been searching for! Tina is a unique and adorable adult dog who's ready to find her forever home. While we can't pinpoint her exact breed, her endearing characteristics and lovable personality make her one-of-a-kind. At medium size, Tina's just the right fit for a wide range of families. With her short legs and elongated body and at 30 lbs, Tina might have a hint of Dachshund in her DNA, but her true charm comes from her distinct blend of breeds. Her sweet, soulful eyes and warm, welcoming smile will capture your heart from the moment you meet her. Tina is not just about looks; she's a true gem in personality as well. She's incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle up with her humans. Whether it's cozying up on the couch for a movie night or going for a leisurely walk in the park, Tina is up for any adventure as long as she's by your side. This fun-loving, outgoing girl is a bundle of energy and can't resist the joy of doing "zoomies" around the yard. After her playful escapades, she adorably flops onto her back, eagerly awaiting those belly rubs that she adores. Tina is not just all play and no manners; she's house-trained and crate-trained, making her an excellent houseguest. She's an absolute delight to be around. Due to a trauma prior to coming to RezQ Dogs, her tail didn't work, and we had to amputate it. But don't worry; it doesn't affect her in any way. In fact, it just adds more charm to her already lovable personality. If you're ready to welcome a lovable, mystery mix into your life, Tina is the pup for you. Don't let her unique appearance and charm pass you by. Come meet Tina today, and let her bring joy and love into your home. Story
Mickie came to us on the same rescue flight on 9/29 as many other dogs. He was one of a few Dachshund mixes we received. He has the body shape of a Dachshund and with a little something else mixed in - perhaps Jack Russel? We will likely never know. Mickie is a shy boy but does not lash out. Rather he is just very reserved as he has had his whole world turned upside down. He will do well in a quiet home that will let him come out of his shell slowly and show you who he truly is. We have tried him on leash walks and he seems to want to go but we have some road noises next to the property that make him freeze up a bit. This boy will need a harness and some patience to be a good walker. Once you get there, we have a feeling he might be the best walking buddy - but again, patience and love will help him immensely! Mickie is now neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He also has a micro-chip. This boy is available for an adoption fee of $250. If interested in Mickie, please fill out an adoption application (link is on the homepage of the TRACS website) and an adoption specialist will be in contact very soon!
