Story
Meet Bandit and Roux, a dynamic dachshund duo who are looking for their forever home together! Their previous owners loved them dearly, but life threw some curveballs, and now they need a new family to call their own. Bandit, the wise 9-year-old dachshund, is the gentleman of the pair. With his mature age, he brings a sense of calm and loyalty to the duo. He loves nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite people and showing affection. At a sturdy 24 pounds, Roux, the 4-year-old dachshund mix, is a playful pup who could play tug-of-war all day! She's got a big personality and an even bigger heart. These two make quite the team and are looking for a family that can give them the love and attention they deserve. They'd do best in a home with a fenced-in yard, as they prefer to roam freely rather than be restricted by leashes. They get along well with kids and love to cuddle up with their favorite humans. Roux can be a bit territorial with her food, so be sure to be mindful of that. Bandit and Roux are a package deal, and their love and companionship for each other are undeniable. They will bring joy, laughter, and endless cuddles to their new family. Their adoption fee is half off so we can find them a new home….together. Story
Mabel came to us from a family members litter, we unfortunately did not know the rule about taking in two dogs from the same litter and we got on of her sisters as well. When they were about three they started to fight and have issues with litter mate syndrome. Training has not seemed to help and as years have gone one the fighting has worsened to the point of the two dogs having to be completely separated. On her own Mabel is an incredibly sweet dog who loves attention and cuddles more than anything in the world. We can no longer give her the attention she needs due to her and her sister being secluded away from each other. We have a one year old who she seems to do okay with but she has very little contact with him so I’m not sure how she would do with kids on a regular day to day. She just needs a home where she can have plenty of love and attention and be a happy girl again!

Story
Smidge is a small male standard dachshund mix with a big personality packed into a little body. He’s full of excitement and overflowing with love, just waiting to share it with his perfect forever home. Smidge is a polite boy who keeps his kennel clean and walks beautifully on a leash, making outings a pleasure rather than a challenge. He enjoys the company of other dogs and plays well with them, especially when there’s room to burn off some of his happy energy. Smidge would thrive in a home where he can be part of the action and included in daily life. Because he finds cats far too fun to chase and tends to play a bit rough, he would do best in a cat-free home. If you’re looking for a cheerful, affectionate companion who’s ready to bring joy and enthusiasm into your life, Smidge could be the perfect match.
