BIO: Eve came from NC but sadly was not well socialized so she will need someone that teaches her that people are wonderful. She will bond with her new family but will need help with people she doesn’t know coming into her home. Have you always wanted an English Cream LH well here she is but you have to work at it. Sadly, due to poor dental care she lost 18 teeth including her top canines. But once healed she’ll be able to eat hard kibble.
Eve would benefit from having another adult, small, well socialized dog in the home to help her adjust. She is a beautiful and smart little girl!
Our must haves for her are:
• A fenced in yard
• Another small adult dog well socialized
• Someone that can be home more than not
• No apartment, high rises or condos, dachshund like to bark

AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund’s back or get bitten.
