Dachshund Chihuahua

Male, 5 yrs 2 mos , Bonded Pair
Knoxville, TN
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Most things are better in pairs…. Introducing Louie and Elvis, as they are looking for their furever homes. Knoxville area. Please check earlier posts on this page for more info on these two petite gems. HOW TO APPLY 🛑PLEASE READ THE ABOVE TOP PINNED POST (FIRST POST ALWAYS) ON THIS RESCUE PAGE FOR ALL THINGS ADOPTION. THEN EMAIL for an auto reply email from above email address that includes an application with instructions. 🔸Check your spam folder too! They do seem to love each other though they do get into their sibling dog squabbles so are kenneled separately. At 3-7 years? they need an experienced owner to re-direct on those rare occasions, seems to start when picking both up together though they are fine getting lap love together? They are dachshund/chi/terrier mixes for heavens sake? They adore people once they meet them. All about laps and kisses. Get along well with other smalls. Want all the lap love. We feed and give the high value chews separately to not create drama. Louie (black) is healing from a skin issue and Elvis had his mouth checked when they both recently had dentals. House experience but as abandoned in a home they will need refresher house training. Clean in their kennels. Recently neutered. A joy to watch romp and play in a fenced yard. They have spent time with my Faye and Sophia, respect their space and do love little Foster Cousin who was here briefly. We are hoping to place them together, they share toys, kiss and snuggle together.
