Meet Halligan!Halligan is a handsome Dalmatian/ Shepherd mix who came to us as an owner surrender after his previous owner had to relocate for military service and couldn't bring him along. This smart, energetic guy knows several commands, including "sit," "heel," "down," and "wait." He gets along with people of just about any age and does well with other dogs, but he wouldn't be a good fit for a home with cats. His estimated DOB is 6/1/2024. Halligan would love an active family whio's ready to keep him moving, learning, and living life to the fullest.Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

Buddy is a 3½-year-old Dalmatian/Lab mix with love and loyalty just waiting to be shared. He is partially deaf, which makes him uniquely special and in need of a patient adopter willing to learn and use special communication with him. With the right person, Buddy can thrive and build an incredible bond. Buddy gets along with some dogs, but not all, and would do best as the only dog in the home. After spending the last year and a half in the shelter, he’s ready to soak up all the love and attention he’s missed and truly be someone’s one-and-only. He can be protective of the person he loves, so a quiet, calm home with a single owner would be ideal for him. There are a few boxes to check for Buddy — but we know the right person is out there. When Buddy finds his perfect home, he will be a loyal companion for life.
