Story
Hey there, I’m Julius 🐾 I’m a 3-year-old mixed breed guy with a big heart and an even bigger appreciation for second chances. I was rescued by Big Dog Ranch Rescue from a high-kill shelter, and let me tell you — I’m so grateful to be here. No one really knows much about my past, but I’ve decided it doesn’t define me. What matters is that I’m safe now and ready to find a forever family who will love me for the amazing boy I am. At three years old, I’m in my prime! I’ve got a great balance of playful energy and mature manners. I enjoy walks, exploring new smells, and spending time with my humans. I’m the kind of dog who just wants to be included — whether that’s hanging out in the yard, going for car rides, or relaxing on the couch after a long day. I bond closely with my people and thrive when I feel secure and loved. Give me a little patience and kindness, and I’ll give you loyalty, companionship, and plenty of tail wags in return. I made it out of a tough situation and into a place full of hope. Now all I need is a home to call my own. Maybe my next chapter starts with you?

Hi, I’m Dixie! A tail-wagging bundle of joy who loves belly rubs, sunshine naps, and chasing squeaky toys from dawn to dusk. I’m the kind of pup who greets every day with a happy wiggle and every person with a big, goofy smile. Whether I’m rolling in the grass, playing fetch, or curling up for a cozy nap, I make sure to put a little bit of love into everything I do. I adore long walks, tasty treats, and the sound of laughter (especially when it’s because of something silly I’ve done!). My favorite place to be is right next to my favorite humans—because cuddles and companionship are what make my tail wag the most. Life’s better with a treat in my mouth, the sun on my fur, and love in my heart. 💕🐶🌞 Not ready to adopt, no problem. I'm also available to foster!
