Story
⏳ Hourglass, 6yo sweetheart 💕 They say time changes everything, and Hourglass is proof. She came to us in May 2026 with six little “shapes” in tow, giving every ounce of herself to keep her puppies safe. She arrived underweight, missing her upper teeth, heartworm positive, and so nervous the world felt too big. But her time of struggle is running out. ⏳ Since then, she’s been spayed, started doxycycline for her heartworm treatment, and slowly learned that hands can be kind. The sand is finally shifting in her favor. What we love about her: Devoted mama – raised 6 healthy pups despite having nothing herself 🐶 Gentle soul – timid at first, but warms up with patience and soft voices Low maintenance – no upper teeth means she’s a dainty eater, but she loves soft food & treats Resilient – heartworm treatment underway, and she’s taking it like a champ 💪 Hourglass is ready for her second chapter. The top of her hourglass was heavy with hard times, but the bottom is filling up with love, safety, and second chances. All she needs now is someone to help her time run sweet and slow for the rest of her days. 💕

Story
Say hello to sweet Hera! This timid girl struggles with trust which is understandable given her past. She was rescued from a harsh environment where she lived outside with many other dogs in a crowded kennel. Hera prefers the solitude of her crate but she is still quite interested in exploring the world outside. This shy sweetie enjoys the company of other dogs and sniffing around in her fenced yard. Hera will need some time to unwind and learn to trust humans again. Because of her skittish nature, a secure yard is a must. She is one adorable sweet pup with a cute underbite. Are you the one to help Hera break out of her shell? Fill out an application for this lovely lady today! https://oneloveanimalrescue.com/pre-adoption-application

Story
Gloria is a spunky young girl that loves to play! Still somewhat timid and shy if not in her own environment. She is also doing great with leash training. Once she trust you, she is certainly up for all the lovin' and comes to give kisses! She is crate, house and doggie door trained! Her coat is so silky and soft! Gloria would love to be in a home with another dog friend her size or larger so they can TUMBLE!!When we first met her, Gloria was trembling and very anxious, likely due to past trauma?   In a foster home, she slowly began to settle in and did quite well.  Although she did well and made lots of progress in her foster home, she continues to require more socialization with people and is going to require someone with a lot of patience and understanding of her deep seeded anxiety
