At just 9 months old, this Dalmatian/Husky mix may not have inherited the classic Dalmatian spots all over, but he does have a special little patch on one leg — and honestly, it just makes him even more unique and handsome. Trooper is a calm, gentle soul for his age. While some of that quiet nature may come from adjusting to shelter life and being away from his siblings for the first time, it’s clear he’s naturally a laid-back, easygoing kind of guy. He can be a bit nervous and shy when meeting new people, but give him a little time and patience, and you’ll see him blossom into the sweetest, most affectionate “lover boy.” Once he trusts you, Trooper is all about closeness — he loves to lounge рядом with his person and will happily snuggle up as close as possible. He absolutely adores pets and attention, and nothing makes him happier than simply being near you and soaking up your love. Trooper gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has a very submissive, gentle play style that matches his kind personality. He enjoys running around the yard with his dog friends and is even starting to discover how fun toys can be. He’s also doing great with the basics — potty-trained, crate-trained, and comfortable around dogs, cats, and kids. Trooper would thrive in just about any home that’s willing to give him a little patience as he builds confidence. In return, you’ll get a loyal, snuggly, and incredibly loving companion who will be right by your side through it all. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted, easygoing pup to share your couch and your life with, Trooper is ready to meet you.
