Story
I flew to California to pick up this cute puppy with a heart nose. She’s extremely loving, very affectionate, hugs with both paws and prefers her paw on your skin. I have a large field she roams in and she’s never been in a fence. She’s never bitten or been aggressive towards anyone. She is house trained and often comes into public breweries and stores with me. She’s gone to 3 weeks of boarding last summer and walks on a leash well. We’ve done many, many hikes. She’s very active and would need room to roam and play. Loves the tennis ball! She comes with everything except a kennel, which mean toys, food bowls, collars, leashes, and she has unlimited lifetime group lessons with a personal trainer. It would take the right home for me to pass her along. My allergies want that to be soon, but my heart and attachment to her will make selection thoughtful. She’s gentle with children and understands the word “gentle.” For her, that means move in slow-mo. Super cute. Love her.

Story
Foster notes, 6/22/24:Ice is a super loving and caring dog. She enjoys being outside, loves to run, and chase. So someone with a house and fenced in yard would do her wonders. She does fine with other dogs and kids. She was around a cat before and did just fine. I bought toys for her but she didn’t care for them. She LOVES to cuddle, especially with my child. She is a protector. Wherever my child went she wanted to go also. She is a very loving dog for what she has been through. She came from a home that trapped her in a house and gave little to no love as well as food. That is why a house and yard should definitely be mandatory for her. She is shy at first but she will come out of her comfort zone. She isn’t a chewer when left alone, just whimpers and sad. She wasn’t leash trained when I got her but I have worked with her so she is now. She’s a beautiful, kind soul that just wants to run and play. She deserves a great home. She is picky about treats but she loves the bacon treats and sticks. I feed her hard food mixed with wet food and some chicken broth in it. She loves to run, so when we would walk her we would have races and she LOVED it. Race with her! She wasn’t house broken when I got her due to her being trapped in a room she slept in, ate in, and went potty in but within one month she has now learned to go outside so just keep a schedule with her. Please be an owner that is loving. Cuddle her, give her kisses. She needs love.Volunteer notes, 7/3/24:Very sweet, loves belly rubs!

Blue Flint says he is a hound mix, with a vet estimated year of birth of 2020.  He is full of life and love. He is a super busy guy who will need lots of exercise and structure. Chevy is eager to please and has a very gentle mouth when taking treats and playing fetch. He is super smart and learns very fast. He really needs a home with a fenced in yard so he has plenty of room to run, play and burn off some energy and a family committed to working with him on training to provide the mental exercise he needs. He will also need to be an only pet. Chevy will be about 60lbs full grown. ~Adoption donation $300 All vetting is up to date. Microchipped and neutered. Also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
