Story
Millie is a brave and resilient 4-year-old girl who has endured far more hardship than any dog should. When she first arrived, she was extremely malnourished, but she is now receiving all the love, care, and nourishment she needs to rebuild her strength. Every day, she grows a little brighter and a little stronger. Despite everything she’s been through, Millie’s loving spirit shines. She leans into affection, enjoys gentle pets, and looks at you with warm, hopeful eyes. She doesn’t let her past define her. Millie is focused on the safe, happy future she knows is possible. She’s blossoming beautifully, showing gratitude in soft tail wags, quiet cuddles, and her calm, trusting nature. With continued patience and kindness, she will become an even more incredible companion than she already is. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who truly deserves a second chance, Millie is waiting to meet you. She has endured so much but she has even more love to give. Come meet Millie at Anderson County PAWS open Mon, Tue, Thru, Fri, and Sat 12--5 PM!!
