This is Ronan, he is about 1 1/2 years old, 57 pounds, he is a very loving and sweet dog. He is very energetic and loves people and other dogs. I’m looking to rehome him because me and my husband are expecting a baby soon and we are not going to be able to properly sustain his very active needs. We are looking for a loving home for him that has the space he needs and also an owner who is patient with finishing his training. He is very reactive and overly excited around other dogs and new people that is his main thing he still needs training in, but he is potty trained and knows a few commands and he is crate trained.

She walks well on leash, though she does get a bit excited at the start of her walks (who wouldn’t?!). With some engagement games and handler-focused activities, she’ll thrive and channel that enthusiasm into learning and bonding.Lil came in with a small dog and did well, but she hasn’t started actively playing with other dogs yet. She may prefer human companionship or could benefit from slow, positive introductions as she figures out her social style.This gentle, oversized sweetheart would do best with an adopter who enjoys interactive training, structure, and lots of cuddle time. I enjoy lounging in the sun, playing with squeaky toys, and getting all the love you can give! Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission. Hope to see you soon!

We are experienced Doberman owners, and a friend came to us needing to rehome sweet Skye. Of course we couldn't say no, but we need to help find her forever home because we already have two Dobermans and a toddler! Skye is approximately 7 months old. 12/9/25 she went to the vet and got her Rabies, Nexguard, DALPP, and Bordetalla vaccines. She finished her shots on 12/30. She is a fairly well-mannered puppy, gets along with my other two Dobies, and doesn't bother my toddler. She had a couple of accidents the first week, but I'd say she is 90% potty trained for outside and the accidents were related to a new space. She has tried to chase chickens and a cat, this could be prey drive but may just be puppy mannerisms. My indoor cat holds her ground and hisses, and Skye moves along. She sleeps through the night 10pm-7am. A Doberman pup is a lifetime commitment! Be ready for a needy, clingy, whiny pup, but a lifetime of joy. Rehoming fee covers her vet visits and shots.

He is playful, silly, athletic - but not competitive (he's more of a leisure sports kind of dogs - you know, hiking, bike rides, trips to the beach, etc). He is social and friendly with other dogs, but does not need them in his life to be happy. He is still a giant puppy in some ways, but his foster is working on helping him with basic manners.
