Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Introducing Luna, an approximately 8 month old 50 lb Dobie mix. She is a big baby, very sweet and playful. Once she warms up to you (doesn't take long)  she will not want you out of her sight. She loves balls and chew toys and playing outside. Luna is a high energy girl and  LOVES to just run in the yard, so a fenced in yard is a must for her. She really has no clue how big she is and thinks she is a lap dog. She will come to sit by me on the couch and her butt will be sitting on my shoulder.  Due to her size and energy, small kids or small dogs would not be ideal. She is dog friendly though and loves to play. She has made alot of progress with potty training and sleeps through the night in her crate without accidents. She is doing good on a leash and rides well in the car. BUT hide your socks. She does have a sock fetish and likes to chew them. Luna will need an adopter who will be patient with her and continue to reinforce routines, socialization, and training. She will make a fabulous companion for an active family.  If you live in the central Florida area and feel your home is a great fit for Luna, please send in an application and let us know more about your family.
