Story
Adopted Voss at 4 weeks old while stationed in California. He was born 28 July 2017. He moved with us to North Carolina, Kentucky, and now Louisiana. We have had a German husky, 3 cats, and a baby that he has been great around. He is obedient, loyal, a great companion, and crate trained. Since living in Louisiana Voss has had allergies which has caused hematomas in his ears. This is why you see one ear has flopped down. He has been growing fatty tumors the last few years. I had them biopsied since they have gotten bigger but was told they dont need to be removed. We have loved him dearly and have made the difficult decision to put him up for adoption since we can no longer offer him the space and time he requires. We want to see him enjoy the rest of his life in a home that loves to play and offer him the attention that we cant give him at this time. Happy to answer any questions.

Needing to rehome to give him a better life. My busy work schedule doesn’t leave as much time for him as he deserves. Dobie is 8 years old. He is house trained and loves laying in his bed alllll day long and getting pet/cuddling. He loves to play fetch outside but only for 10-15 minutes then he’s ready to lay down again

Ace is a fun-loving, affectionate dog who is ready to find his forever family. He has been routinely seen at Helouim Vet and is currently not on any medications and has no known medical diagnoses.Ace absolutely loves toys of all kinds and enjoys staying active. He is currently eating Purina Dog Chow and does well with it. Ace is very playful and accepts other dogs quickly, making him a great candidate for a multi-dog household. He also adores kids and enjoys being part of a family environment.Ace has not had any interaction with cats, so a slow, supervised introduction would be recommended if cats are in the home.He has been an outdoor-only dog and loves walking the perimeter of the yard, especially alongside his brother. True to his personality, Ace is very protective of his surroundings, which makes him an excellent watchdog and loyal companion. Despite this, Ace has never bitten a human and is known for his friendly nature with people.One thing to note is that Ace is afraid of thunderstorms, so he will do best with a family that can provide reassurance and comfort during loud weather.Ace would thrive with a family who appreciates a loyal, playful, and protective dog and can give him the love, structure, and companionship he deserves.
