We adopted Rusty at Animal defense league in San Antonio. He loves playing with toys and other dogs he is gentle with puppies. Since he came from a shelter he is very scared still he was abused in his former life so he needs someone who is patient enough to teach him in a loving and gentle way.

While my friends at HSNBA desperately want to help me, the shelter is too stressful an environment to undertake treatment and treatment itself is very expensive. I rescued Harley when she was 5 months old in California from one love dog rescue, she has been my best friend and I don’t know what I would do without her, I recently moved into an apartment and got a new job so I’m never home and her behavior has gotten worse, she is more reactive to other dogs and people, she needs an owner who can play with her and isn’t gone all day. It breaks my heart that I have to re home her but I know it’s the best decision for her to live a long and happy life.
