You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Macie is searching  for a special forever home. She landed herself  in a local overcrowded shelter where she was completely  shut down and unsure of the world. While we don't  know her past, we know it was certainly  not one of love and kindness. All that has changed now. Macie is working  on gaining confidence  in her foster home. She is learning  how to bond with people  and dog friends. She gets excited when she sees other dogs. She is learning  what a loving home really is. Quick movement  can startle her. She is looking for a clam forever  home that will give her space and time to decompress  and  learn her routine. A home without  small children would be best at this time. While she is in a foster home with 2 children and doing great with them, it is possible for them to make her more nervous if they aren't  able to give her a calm safe place. At time of adoption Macie will be spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and on monthly  preventatives.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 17, 2024, 8:51 pm

Bio Sailor Sailor's life was on the line. He simply refused to go back in his kennel. Grabbing the the leash and then became a struggle. The staff learned to give him a toy to revert this behavior. That tactic worked for a bit, but Sailor is too smart and he began to rebel. Staff did not feel safe and he was losing hope. 5 minutes to spare , we took a chance. Dogo Argentina's are smart and need a job. Sailor settled in nicely and we discovered he is very ball driven. We enrolled in him training once a week. Sailor learned fast and enjoyed the mental stimulation. Sailor is a happy boy and we are so very proud of his progress. Sailor is absolutely stunning!! His bright white coat shines like a diamond. What we hope for Sailor is an active lifestyle, older children due to his size. He does well at events and is a social dog. Sailor deserves that second chance and we are very excited about his future. We are continuing his training on a weekly basis because he is a sponge and wants more. A very smart boy indeed. The sky is the limit for this Sailor.

"Hello, my name is Tori, and I am an incredibly smart and brave dog with a lot of love to give! I am very athletic and protective of my loved ones, so I will always be there when you need me. I am a strong and independent dog, but I am also very affectionate and love nothing more than a good cuddle. I am looking for a forever home where I can be the queen of the castle and receive all the love and affection that I deserve. I would do best in a home without other dogs as I have not had the best experiences with them in the past. If you are willing to open your heart and home to me, I promise to be a loyal companion who will love you endlessly. I am waiting for you with wagging tail and lots of kisses, take the leap and adopt me!" Tori is currently in Indiana with her fosters where she is working on socialization skills. She is looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt who will continue her training.
