Born February 15, 2024, this young sweetheart sadly had to be surrendered when her owner’s health issues worsened due to dog hair. Her family was devastated to let her go — she was truly loved. Dixie is settling in beautifully and already has a fantastic start: Potty trained Doggie-door trained Knows sit, lay down, and shake Loves belly rubs and affection Loves toys — especially catch and tug-of-war Great with treats (not picky!) Eats only her dog food — never had table scraps Home & Environment Notes:• Not good with small dogs• Unknown with cats• Had partial house access when alone, and full access when her family was home Dixie is still decompressing, and we’ll continue sharing updates as we learn more. She’s a darling young girl who just wants love, structure, and a family to call her own again. Meet Hope! Hope’s name says it all—she’s the definition of resilience and new beginnings. Likely a Mastiff/Cane Corso mix, she currently weighs about 60 pounds (and still filling out beautifully). When rescued, Hope was heartbreakingly underweight at just 56 pounds, likely abandoned by a breeder and left to survive on her own. But through it all, her gentle, loving spirit never wavered. Now healthy, happy, and about 3–4 years old, Hope is blossoming into the incredible dog she was always meant to be. She’s a perfect mix of cuddle companion and adventure buddy—content to curl up next to you for a movie night or join you on a walk or hike. She’s playful, affectionate, and has that soulful look that melts your heart. Hope walks beautifully on a leash, adores people, and just wants to be close to her humans.
