Whether you’re strolling through the neighborhood, relaxing on the couch, or heading out for a little adventure, he’s down for it all.He may be “fun-sized,” but his capacity for love is absolutely giant.If you’re looking for a sweet, steady companion who’s just the right size, come meet Sinbad—your perfect little big dog.Sinbad has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. Meet Frankincense, a gentle, 93 lb giant who is longing for a loving home. At almost 3 years old, this sweet boy’s heart is as big as his paws. The stress of the shelter has begun to weigh on him; he drools & licks the walls, quietly showing just how much he yearns for comfort &^ calm. But outside the kennel, Frankincense’s true spirit shines: he savors each peaceful moment, walking by your side with ease (except for a playful tug when a squirrel dashes by). While he may seem shy at first, Frankincense warms up quickly to gentle affection. He loves being petted, sometimes so much that he gets a little bouncy with excitement, but a soft word or gentle touch helps him settle right back down. Frankincense is searching for someone who will give him the stability & kindness he desperately needs. If you have room in your heart and home for this loving companion, please consider giving Frankincense his second chance.   Frank`s sleepover... Car: no issues in/out of car. Lays or sits down & does very well. Potty: no accidents, but took him out often. He woke up around 3am sniffing around so I took him out & he had to pee. House manners: he`s a big boy & no furniture is off limits. He hops up everything with ease, but is respectful. He ignored Xmas tree &  gifts. Didn`t go after shoes or anything on the floor. Play time: wasn`t interested in toys. He would get a random zoomie but nothing crazy. In the morning he got some zoomies outside but he`s more on the calm side considering his young age. Sleep: slept with me on the bed all night. Loves to be near you but does move a lot ! He went from my feet to his head on my chest to rolling on his back. As far as adopter, he will need someone patient with lots of room. Someone who doesn`t mind him jumping on furniture or has the patience to train him to stay off. I thought he was very calm & gentle and would do great with easy going people. Frank has participated in shelter playgroups & may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog?
