You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.heartworm positiveLagos is just a big ball of love and somewhat unaware of his size. He has attempted to be a lap dog but foster mom said no. He currently resides with big and small dogs, a cat, foster mom and two human kids (13 & 10). He loves the big female dogs but needed a couple of days to get comfortable with them. Ideally, he would be best as an only dog but could get along with large females, if he has an experienced dog owner to assist with the transition.  So if you are a one dog only kinda family, he may just be the boy for you. Oh but absolutely NO CATS or small critters. He loves the  younger humans and would probably like one of his own but would be best with kids 10 and older.  Lagos is crate and house trained and walks well on lead. Well until he sees a cat or squirrel then wants to chase, but is easily redirected. We can't all be perfect, right? Lagos would love a family of his own and although he is not a full Boxer, he is just as beautiful and sweet! He had a rough time on the streets and has some battle wounds as proof.
