Story
Please make sure to read the narrative below our pet's photos as you will find a description of our pet with all we know about them, our adoption fee info, and you will find the link to do our online Adoption Application which is the first step in our Adoption Process!     Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application!   Pet Description:  Maybelle is a two-year old female long-haired cat taken on from a neighbor then brought to us.  This gorgeous gal will need that perfect home for HER though.  She is not good with cats or small dogs and plays far too rough for children and also likes to give love bites. She does like attention but bear in mind the love bites.  She might do ok with a large dog that she cannot beat up.  Suffice to say Maybelle's intent is to be the Queen of her domain - are you up to her standards?     ADOPTION FEES:  Cats & Kittens under one year old are $50.00 but cats over a year old are 'name your adoption fee.'   All cat adoptions include......mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your kitty home with you; basic kitty immunizations (FVR-CP+Calici); de-worming; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, etc.   The first step is to our Adoption Application here:  https://elmorehumane.org/adoption-application-online-form2.html .   IMPORTANT – we respond to your emailed applications and queries via email back to you.  Please make sure you have either added our email (hselco@bellsouth.net) to your contact list or that you routinely check your SPAM folder for our response just to be safe. If we do not receive a timely response we simply move on to another applicant.   To learn more about us, visit our Website at: http://www.elmorehumane.org    Phone: (334) 567-3377 Fax: (334) 567-8774 E-mail: hselco@bellsouth.net May 2, 2025, 5:31 pm
