Story
Introducing our sweet girl, Emilia! Emilia is a kind, gentle cat who is still learning to trust after coming from a difficult situation. She may hiss at first, but with calm voices and gentle hands, she quickly reveals her loving side. When happy, Emilia rolls around for pets, offers head-butts, and softly meows for attention. We think she would do best in a calm, patient home where she can feel safe and build confidence with a consistent routine. This incredibly lovely girl has so much love to give once she knows she can trust you; Emilia just needs someone willing to meet her where she`s at!

Story
Meet Sadie 💛 Sadie is a 16-year-old sweet senior kitty with a big heart and a charming personality. I rescued her from a farm when she was just 5 weeks old, and she was born around May 2009. She has been deeply loved her entire life and is now looking for a calm, caring home to enjoy her golden years. Despite her age, Sadie is healthy, lively, and still full of affection. She loves to cuddle and will happily spend time curled up with you. One of her endearing quirks is that she drools a little when she’s especially content. She is fully litter trained, free-feeds, and has an easygoing routine. Sadie does very well around other cats and dogs and has no issues sharing her space. This decision is being made with a heavy heart due to pregnancy health concerns, and my hope is to find Sadie a safe, gentle home where she will continue to be loved and cherished.

Story
hi ,My name is Flannel I’m a fluffy grey kitten who came to the shelter with my siblings — and I’m the last one still waiting for my forever home. I’m full of energy and absolutely love to play! Whether it’s chasing toys, zooming around, or wrestling with my kitten friends, I could play all day. I get along great with other cats and kittens, so I’d be happy joining a home with furry friends. I’m all ready to go home — I’m neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and litter box trained. All I’m missing now is a family to call my own. If you’re looking for a playful, fluffy companion, I might be your guy. I can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Silky soft little Smudge has come a long way from the scared baby she was when she came into BARS care. She has learned that getting petted is actually the best thing ever! She is definitely a tripping hazard, as she loves to press herself against your legs while you`re trying to walk. Smudge gets on well with other cats, doing her best to make friends. She will tolerate being picked up though prefers to have four paws on the ground. This curious and silly sweetie is sure to brighten your home and your life!

Story
Hi, I’m Fawn! When I first arrived, I wasn’t in the best shape—I was skinny, and my fur was full of mats. But the kind humans here took such wonderful care of me. They helped me shed all that tangled fur, gave me plenty of good meals, and before long, I started to feel like myself again. Now, I’m a happy, healthy girl who’s ready for a loving home to spend the rest of my days in. I like to think of myself as a bit of a star—I love showing off my beautiful tail and strutting around for anyone who’ll watch. I’m also a big fan of snack time (treats make everything better, right?). I’m litter box trained, microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed—so I’m all set to go home! When I first came in, I wasn’t a fan of other cats, but with time I’ve grown to like them. I’m friendly and can enjoy their company, though if they get a little too much for me, I’ll let them know with a small hiss—just to remind them to give me space. I don’t like dogs, though, so I’d do best in a cat-only home. If you’re looking for a sweet, charming cat who’s been through a lot but still has so much love to give, I might just be your girl.
