Story
Vierra is a 13-year-old long-haired cat adopted from Larimer County, Colorado in 2017. I adopted her when she was around 6 years old, and her prior history is unknown. She prefers minimal handling and likes to be left alone. While she is calm with veterinary staff, she has shown aggression toward me, my husband, and previous roommates, including biting and scratching that has broken skin. I have tried my hardest over the years to understand her triggers and make the home environment work for her. Over the past two years, she has also used the litter box inconsistently. Vierra would need to be the only pet in a quiet home with someone who is willing to work at her pace and respect her boundaries. This has been an extremely difficult decision, but I believe she may do better in a different environment that better matches her needs.

Iris is a gorgeous long haired girl who is seeking a forever family to call her own! She’s about 3 years old and an absolute sweetheart! She loves to be loved on and spending time with her people! Iris has been with us for over a year with no adoption interest unfortunately. She is so deserving of a loving home! She loves to give kisses and will lick you whenever she gets the chance! She does great with other cats and does okay with dogs. She hasn’t been around them in over a year though, so a slow introduction is key. Please help us find Iris her perfect family!
