Story
Shadow and Raven are strays I picked up roughly three months ago in a parking lot- one male and one female. The female(Raven) has a spay appointment with SAFE on January 12th, but Shadow is unneutered and I cannot afford to cover spay/neuter for both of them. We took them in because we didn't want to leave a tiny pregnant female to have kittens in a parking lot, and Shadow was so ridiculously friendly that he let us pick him right up and put him in our car, so we took him, too. Raven miscarried and is no longer pregnant. They seem to be a bonded pair, so consider this a listing for both of them- I would strongly prefer to rehome them together rather than separate them. They are both very friendly, especially Shadow- he is super sweet and cuddly and would sit and cuddle you for hours if you let him. I would also -strongly- prefer them to be indoor cats- I'd hate to see them get snatched by coyotes or hit by a car.

Adoption fee is $140for cats, $260 for a pair. The fee includes FeLV/FIV testing, age appropriate FVRCP shots, spay/neuter, and Rabies vaccination. Visiting the shelter is a primary condition for adoption. The ability to download, print, and fill out an application at home to bring with you is merely a convenience. Please understand that filling out the application does not guarantee that there is a Kitty City cat suitable for you. Adoptions will not be done online, over the phone, or through FaceBook. All adoptions are done at the shelter. As per the adoption agreement, for their own health and safety, Kitty City cats are to be indoor cats only. And, under no circumstances is a Kitty City cat to be maimed by "declawing".

Good with cats,
Story
Hi…My name is Dragonfly. I’m a beautiful long-haired dilute calico with soft pastel colors and an even softer heart. I’m very shy when we first meet, and I will hang back and watch you from a cozy spot while I decide if you’re my person. I promise—it’s not that I don’t care. I just like to take my time and feel safe. Once I start to trust you, you’ll see my gentle side come out more and more. I’m not the type to rush into things, but if you’re patient and kind, I’ll reward you with quiet companionship and sweet moments that feel extra special because they’re earned. Want to know my secret love language? Churu treats. They are the fastest way to my heart and a great way to help me build confidence. An experienced, understanding human who enjoys moving at my pace would be my perfect match.  I will require an experienced adopter willing to take their time with me. ##2306823##

Story
"Courtesy Post" This is not a Street Paws animal but we are assisting a with placing their pet.  Meet Simba: The Golden Soul Simba is a large, long-haired male orange tabby who truly lives up to his royal name. He doesn’t just walk into a room—he graces it with his magnificent floof. A true “living room lion,” Simba is equal parts majestic and sweet, with a heart of gold hiding beneath all that glorious fur. This lion-hearted boy is happiest soaking up attention, lounging like the royalty he is, and reminding everyone that homes are better with extra warmth—and extra orange fluff. Simba is currently available and waiting to meet his forever family, ideally one ready to pamper him properly. Adopt Simba and upgrade your home to royal status. Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150 mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  Adoption fee is $125 To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at  https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt.     This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. If more information is needed regarding the pet email info@streetpaws.org. You must complete the pre-application to obtain approval to meet the pet.  January 27, 2026, 8:50 pm

Someone calm, kind, and patient—especially when it comes to my feelings. Bonus points if you have a warm lap, a soft voice, and snacks. Dealbreakers:Other cats.Look, I’m working on it. We can be friends eventually. Maybe. From across the room. With supervision. Fun Facts: Professional biscuit maker Excellent listener (will not take notes) Will pretend I don’t want attention, then absolutely want attention What I’m Looking For:A forever human who wants a loyal companion, a couch buddy, and a tiny calico shadow who loves deeply and exclusively. ##2641397##
