Story
Estonia was part of a litter from a friends cat almost 10 years ago. She gets along well with our dogs and 2 cats, cuddling up to our golden retrievers nightly. She loves to play and has a unique liking to chasing ice cubes. If you lay on the ground, she is likely to come over and make "biscuits" on you no matter what she is doing. We have loved Estonia for 10 years now and it breaks our hearts to make the decision to let her go. Her long, coarse fur is high maintenance as it mats extremely easily, requiring brushing daily. Even then, it is very hard to keep on top of. Because of this, we have had to shave her every 6 months, otherwise she has been known to pee outside the litter box when it is too painful to climb inside. With the increasing cost of living and our new daughter to look after, we just cannot afford this anymore, which is a shame as she has been very interested in our daughter. We wish for her to go to a home that can maintain her quality of life better than we now can.

Story
Oort is a very loveable baby that was born on April 11, 2021 to two farm kitties in my home. He has always been a little more timid than my other cats, but loves to lay in your lap while sitting on the couch. He also enjoys his alone time while sitting in the same room as you. We moved one year ago into a new home and he hasn’t adjusted well to the move and my new schedule of being gone majority of the time. I think he would benefit from a home where he could have someone come home to him everyday and have more time to spend cuddling with him. Before our move, he lived with multiple cats and multiple people in the home (including a child) and was a very happy kitty.

Story
I adopted sweet Eleanor (Ellie) from Louisville metro animals services in July 2024. Eleanor is about 11 years old. Super sweet cat. Loves to be with people. She is not scared of anyone. She is very much a lap cat. She loves head and chin scratches. She is up to date on all of her shots. She is fixed. She does have Hyperthyroidism. Which means she will be on medication for the rest of her life. it is a cream that you rub inside of her ears. She does not mind it at all. She goes to the vet every 6 months She only has a few teeth so she can only eat wet food. She is not picky. Now to the reason I can no longer keeps her. When I adopted her and another cat (Sushi) back in July I already had a cat and 3 dogs. Sushi has learned to love the animals in the house. However Ellie has not. No matter what I try she just does not like them. It has come to the point were every chance she gets she attacks my dogs. I am scared that if I find her a new home soon something bad might happen.

Story
Nammoorah is just over 2 years old. We’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old. She’s very playful, active, likes to snuggle. She’s very gentle with kids. My son recently had a severe allergic reaction and we had him tested, turns out he’s allergic to cats. We’ve been trying to keep Nammoorah out of his room and away from his personal belongings as much as possible, but he still has allergic symptoms every now and then. We hate to lose Nammoorah but at this point it’s becoming difficult with our son’s allergy. She gets groomed regularly, shots up to date. No issues with litter box use. We’re hoping to find her a loving home that will take good care of her.

Loves to cuddle and is very loving. Rehoming due to family member being allergic. Will fit into any home but especially one that wants a loving cuddly cat.
