He was dumped off at my house and my landlord will not allow cats! He is a sweet shy little guy. I have a brand new cat box litter and food for him because I thought my landlord would let me keep him.. I have until this evening to get rid of him or I will be in trouble!! What is Feline Leukemia (FeLV)? Feline Leukemia Virus is a contagious virus that affects a cat’s immune system, making them more vulnerable to illness. Many FeLV+ cats can still live happy, loving lives—just often shorter than average. FeLV is only spread to other cats through close contact (like sharing food bowls, grooming, or bite wounds) and cannot be passed to people, dogs, or other animals.
