Story
Vindaloo, with her luxurious fluffy tortoiseshell coat, is a distinguished lady of 5 years, embodying the essence of grace and reservation. A shy soul by nature, she thrives in the tranquility of a peaceful sanctuary, where the hustle and bustle of the world fade away. Her past life amongst fellow felines has honed her sociable skills, making her a harmonious companion in a household graced with other cats. Vindaloo expresses her affection in her unique way, preferring to observe life's tapestry from a comfortable distance rather than through physical touch. Her culinary delights include the savory taste of Churu and the succulent variety of wet cat food, which she accepts with quiet gratitude. Engage her with gentle conversation and admire her from afar, and you'll find in Vindaloo a serene and noble friend, whose presence adds a touch of elegance to the home she graces. Lollypop Farm Spirit Cats are like little ninjas in the night. You catch a glimpse of them and then quickly they dart out of view. Why are they like this? We don't always know what a cat's life was like before and they need to go home together they were brought to the shelter. They may have had difficult or limited experiences with people. Whatever the reason, some cats are fearful and in need of a special family. Spirit Cats are likely to spend their time hiding and might not like a lot of attention. Visitors may never even see these stealth felines. But one day, when you've earned their trust, they might rest on the couch next to you. Spirit cats can also make great friends for other cats in your home. There are no guarantees. But one thing is certain, these special cats need someone like you to love them, even if it's at a distance. Give a Spirit Cat a home today.

Story
I got her 7 years ago, she was about 5 then. She was feral and an elderly woman took her in until she couldn’t care for her anymore. She is pretty timid and has a very soft meow. She will be cuddly once she gets comfortable. I got her a sister, a calico about 3 years after I got BabyDoll. They get along but I don’t feel it’s necessary to keep them together. But that would be ideal. The reason I need to re home them is because when I moved, they needed to be kept in the finished basement at my boyfriend’s house. He has an elderly dog and they do not mesh well together. It’s been a year and I feel they deserve a better home. I’m extremely sad about this, I have had cats my whole life. I thought they would have adapted by now, but no.

Story
Please contact the Cat Team (catapplications@graspinc.org) for more information about this pet.  DOB:  08/01/23     Taylor is a beautiful long-haired kitten. She has gorgeous fluffy fur in the classic black and white tuxedo pattern. She has beautiful golden eyes and striking white whiskers that pop against her black nose and fur.     Taylor was found outside looking for food and warmth, so we scooped her up, got her vet care, and have been showing her what indoor life has to offer. She has taken a few weeks to fully understand what humans are and has been somewhat shy and tentative at first. After becoming more comfortable, she has started exploring her foster home and also learning what toys are for, taking special interest in wand toys and kicker toys. Once she learns who you are, she adores pets and playtime with her humans and is also starting to enjoy being held, offering a never-ending supply of purrs.     Taylor has met the other resident cats in her foster home and is obsessed with them all. We think she would do best in a forever home that has at least one other cat-friendly animal for her to bond with.     Apply to adopt Taylor today!     This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.  April 18, 2024, 12:57 am
