Story
We adopted Princess when she was 1. She and I bonded and she was very sweet with me. We also had two children living in the house Along with my husband and I and a dog. She was mean to the dog due to jealousy but our dog held his own. Now we have a sweet dog, a girl, who she is also mean to. The difference is, Sadie doesn’t have it in her to fight back. I believe Princess would do well with a single owner or perhaps two. She loves attention and cuddling on my lap. I just think it’s time! I will miss her dearly but know she’ll be happier in the long run in another home.

Story
Meet Fresia and Flora, inseparable sisters who are one year old and have soft, long fur. They MUST be adopted TOGETHER! Flora, a dark tortoiseshell calico, is outgoing and playful, always seeking attention. In contrast, Fresia, mostly white and petite, is a bit reserved but warms up to affection and is gradually becoming more interactive with humans. Despite her shyness, she joins in playtime with her sister as an observer rather than an active participant. Their close bond is evident as they delight in playing with their tunnel toy and communicate through quiet chatter. They share a special connection and enjoy grooming sessions. Both cats have a passion for food and treats and must be adopted together. They would thrive in a calm household with adults or older teens but are not suitable for a home with dogs. They are both spayed, up to date on vaccinations, treated for parasites, tested negative for both FIV and FeLV, and microchipped. If you would like to adopt Fresia and Flora please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/   September 29, 2024, 12:19 am

Story
Introducing McClain, a stunning long-haired male cat born on March 1, 2023. He is a confident and independent fellow who enjoys taking charge. McClain is both sweet and playful, and he has a best friend named Pewter, with whom he would love to be adopted, although it's not a requirement. If you choose to adopt both, we'll happily waive Pewter's adoption fee. We recommend that McClain goes to an adult-only household and one that doesn't have dogs. He can coexist with another cat, but we prefer a laid-back female companion. McClain is neutered, has age appropriate vaccinations, parasite treated, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and micro chipped. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION: I take the time to write bios outlining the personality of each cat. To the best of my ability I determine if the cat would adjust to a household with young kids, dogs or other cats. If I feel they would not be a good match I state that in the description. Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress. PLEASE DO NOT fill out an application if you have young kids or dogs where I specifically state this would NOT be a good match. I will only contact you if I feel your application will be a good fit. 1) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms and microchipped. 2) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet, 3) Submitting an application does not lock you into a commitment to adopt. 4) If you would like to meet one of our cats please submit an application at https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-form/ September 29, 2024, 12:19 am

Here's our beautiful Carmen! This 11-years-young gal is looking for a new home to call her own--one where she can engage in her favorite pastime of looking out windows. Story
Meet Spicy, AKA Yoda Spicy is a gorgeous 5 mo white male cat with blue or hazel eyes, depending upon his mood. He is deaf, which makes him a bit shy upon first meeting. He is actually a huge cuddlebug, known to habitually fall asleep, nestled in your arms, head tucked into your elbow. He loves having his head slowly stroked, or his soft, sleek muscular body. He is the "purr-fect foil to his rowdy bestie & condo-mate, Dory, whose only off-button is sleep! The 2 of them tussle, romp, play, groom, & snuggle together. Spicy can be adopted alone, but would do best with a companion cat. His preference would be Dory for that role (hint, hint, nudge, nudge ) God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. ONLY AVAILABLE IN TEXAS This cat can only be adopted in the state of Texas and has an adoption fee of $150.
