Rocket is a 4 year and 9 month old Red Point Siamese who came to the shelter as an injured stray. He had been attacked by another animal and had multiple puncture wounds that needed treatment. We were surprised to find he was neutered and microchipped. His owner, currently serving overseas in the military, had left him with friends to care for. Sadly, he ended up outside and did not fare well on his own. His owner, unable to claim, agreed to let us treat his wounds and place him up for adoption. Rocket needs a special adopter who will understand his personality! He does not like other cats, so much so that he will scream at his own reflection. He is very loving, playful, mischievous and vocal.His adoption fee is $150, this includes his neuter, FELV/FIV test, vaccines current, deworming, flea prevention and micro-chipped. Please call to schedule an appointment to meet him. 419-334-4517. We are open Monday through Friday 1pm-5pm and Saturday 1pm-4pm.
