Story
Hi there… I’m White Cloud. I used to have a home, but my person had some changes in their life and couldn’t give me the care I needed anymore. They loved me enough to bring me somewhere safe, and now I’m here—waiting for my next forever person. At the shelter, I’m a quiet, calm little puffball. I like to take things in slowly… soft voices, gentle hands, cozy places to nap. I’m incredibly sweet once I know you, and I’ll melt right into you for pets. I live up to my name—I’m white, fluffy, and so very soft. I do need someone who can help me keep my cloudlike coat looking its best with regular grooming, which I actually enjoy when it’s done kindly. What I really want now is a home where I can feel safe and adored again. If you’re looking for a gentle companion who will fill your space with softness and love, apply for me today.

Story
Hello… I’m Autumn, a 7-year-old lady with the spirit of a gentle leaf drifting through life — and, well… a bit more fluff than I’m supposed to have. I was surrendered because I was “too much work,” but I promise I’m trying my best. I’m currently on my weight-loss journey, which means healthy meals, slow progress, and lots of encouragement. Because of my size, I can’t clean myself very well, so I’ll need a human who understands that I’ll need regular grooming to stay comfortable and tidy.I’m a naturally nervous cat, so I appreciate people who go slow, speak softly, and let me set the pace. I don’t rush into relationships — I take my time to learn who you are and whether you’re safe. But once I trust you, I love being near you. I’m not a super cuddly or in-your-face affectionate girl, but I enjoy being your quiet companion, curled up close by, keeping you company in my calm, gentle way.If you’re patient, kind, and ready to help me continue my journey toward a healthier, happier life, I’d love to meet you. I may not be perfect, but I have a big heart, a soft presence, and so much potential for love — at my own pace.

Meet Lovie! Her name couldn’t be more perfect. Lovie absolutely adores human attention and affection. When she thinks she’s about to get pets, she gets so excited that she’ll chirp, flop onto her side, and roll around hoping for more love.Lovie is still learning how to express her enthusiasm politely—she can give a gentle little nip when she’s overly excited—but she’s working hard on understanding “no” and is making great progress. She’s a sweet girl who loves giving affectionate headbutts and soft kitten kisses. She’s also an expert biscuit maker and can`t wait to share all her loving quirks with her forever family. If you’re looking for a cuddly, expressive companion, Lovie just might be your perfect match!

Story
Hi… I’m Edelweiss. I’m a gentle girl with a shy heart, and I’m looking for a quiet, patient home where I can finally feel safe. I’ll be honest — I get nervous easily. Loud noises, busy homes, kids, and especially men make me want to run and hide. I spent most of my time curled up in a cozy hiding spot, and that’s where I feel safest right now. But with calm, gentle people (like my previous female owner), I can relax and let my sweet side show. I’m not a lap cat, and I’m not interested in being picked up. But when I decide it’s the right moment, I do enjoy soft pets… right up until I politely trot away to let you know I’m finished. I’ve lived inside my whole life and prefer it that way. One thing you should know: once I feel comfortable, I can be truly loving in my own quiet way. I also lived with another cat and did very well — a calm feline friend could help me feel braver. I’m looking for a peaceful forever home with someone who understands that trust takes time. If you can offer patience, gentleness, and a safe place to bloom, I promise I’ll show you the sweetest Edelweiss you’ve ever met.

Story
Hi, I’m Finn — a big, gentle guy with a soft heart (and even softer fur). At 14 years old, I’ve learned a few things about life: naps are essential, brushing is not my favourite (even though my long hair needs it), and love is worth waiting for. I’m a little skittish and can be a true “scaredy cat” when things get loud or new, but give me time and kindness, and you’ll see how sweet and affectionate I really am. I’ve lived peacefully with another cat and a gentle 14-year-old human, and I truly do love people — I just take a little while to warm up. Once I feel safe, I’ll chat with you in my soft, talkative voice, follow you around, and show you what a loyal, loving companion I can be. I’m looking for a calm, patient forever home where I can spend my golden years feeling safe, cared for, and loved. I might be independent at times, but I have so much affection to give — and I promise, I’m worth the wait. I am a special paws adoption, which means I do have medical needs that need tending to. I have a grade 3/6 heart murmur and although I am not currently experiencing symptoms and do not need treatment at this time, tests indicate that I have underlying heart disease that may require treatment in the future. But because of this, my adoption fee is up to you ($30 admin fee applies)!
