Story
Albert is a bright white and cream colored, long haired male that came to ARC as a stray. We don't know how long Albert lived outside but he was brought into a persons home where he lived for an extended period of time. So Albert is used to being a house cat and is litter trained. He lived with several other cats in that home and gets along with all of them. Albert is quite shy but accepting of pets and human attention. We think with the right person Albert will be able to come out of his shell and learn to be trusting and loving. Albert is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and tested negative for felv and fiv. To adopt, please go to our website nokillarc.org and fill out our adoption preapproval form located at the bottom of the "adoptable cats" tab. Once we receive your form we will email you to proceed with the adoption process.

Story
Colleen is a beautiful long haired, petite girl that came to us as a stray. Colleen had found her way into a kind woman's garage and that woman cared for Colleen until she was able to bring her to our shelter. Colleen arrived to arc just in time! When she arrived staff quickly realized there was a problem. Colleen's belly was large. Colleen was rushed to the vet for immediate spay where it was found that she was suffering from a condition called pyometra. Pyometra is an infection of the uterus that if left untreated is deadly. Colleen had life saving spay surgery and is on the road to recovery. Colleen has been through a lot in a short time so she can be a bit shy and scared. But once she warms up to you she's a total sweetheart that loves to be pet and given attention. Colleen is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots and tested negative for felv and fiv. To adopt, please go to our website nokillarc.org and fill out our adoption preapproval form located at the bottom of the "adoptable cats" tab. Once we receive your form we will email you to proceed with the adoption process.

Story
Isabella is a beautiful, long hair, tabby girl looking for her forever home. Isabella came to her ARC when her owner could no longer care for her. Isabella is scared, shy, and confused and rightfully so! She spent her whole life in a calm, quiet home and was suddenly left in a loud, chaotic animal shelter, not knowing why. Isabella takes some time to warm up to you and trust you but once she does all she wants is pets, and treats, she LOVES treats. Isabella is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots and tested negative for felv and fiv. To adopt, please go to our website nokillarc.org and fill out our adoption preapproval form located at the bottom of the "adoptable cats" tab.
