Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Afin d'avoir une chance de l'adopter, veuillez remplir notre formulaire d'adoption directement sur notre site web:  https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/nous-contacter/formulaire-adoption/       India came to the Animal Rescue Network in September 2023 after being found wandering with her kittens in Montreal's Parc Extension neighborhood. She was outside in a busy and dangerous area. Some people had caught the kittens and were supposed to have the mother spayed by the SPCA and then released. Another well-intentioned person learned that India was going to be put back out on the street and decided to take her under her wing since, despite her fear, India was sociable. She and her kittens deserved good homes. India came to the shelter to receive the care and socialization she needed. At the end of her quarantine, we discovered that India was a carrier of feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). For more information about FIV: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv    Despite this, she is in good health and can live a long and happy life indoors! India is a discreet cat who takes her time to trust us. If you approach her gently, however, you'll discover an affectionate and gentle cat. She loves to be scratched under the chin and loves to play! That's really what interests her most! She's greedy and increasingly curious. India gets on well with other cats, but couldn't live with young children. India is an adult cat so the adoption fees for her are $290. She is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. She is positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) but negative for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it. You will also have access, for the first month following adoption, to a 30 minutes video consultation with our cat behaviour consultant FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ).   In order to get a chance to adopt her, please fill out our adoption directly on our website:  https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/contacts/adoption-form/ Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 26, 2024, 8:23 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Afin d'avoir une chance de l'adopter, veuillez remplir notre formulaire d'adoption directement sur notre site web: https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/nous-contacter/formulaire-adoption/       Bjorn was found as a stray in the spring of 2023 before being brought to the Animal Rescue Network in July 2023 to be socialized, receive the medical care he needed and then be able to find an adoptive family. Bjorn is a beautiful long-haired black cat. He's very discreet and took time to trust us. He's not very greedy or playful, so his socialization took some time. Now Bjorn likes to be stroked under the chin and on the head. He always stays hidden in his cat tree with the other cats, but pops his little head out to say hello. He loves Creamy and playing with little strings. Bjorn will need time and patience to adapt to his future adoptive family. He'd love to have feline friends, but given his gentle, calm nature, he wouldn't want to live with children. Bjorn is patiently waiting for his forever family! Bjorn is an adult cat therefore the adoption fees for him are $290. He is sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia (FeLV). You will also be provided with health insurances for the first 6 weeks following adoption. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Pinto is fearless and will quickly adapt to your home, immediately eager to play with you or his new family. Pinto is a big boy with long hair. Pinto will play with anything and anyone, but he’s got a special love for laser pointers, screen cursors, and your feet under the covers. Despite his playfulness, he is careful to keep his claws retracted at all times, and is great with other cats and children. Pinto loves attention and affection, and will reward you with an engine-like purr. Pinto would love to be adopted to a family with other cats, children, or with his sister Void. We have not seen him with dogs, but nothing we’ve seen makes us think he would have any problems with a canine companion. Pinto is a talkative sweety who coos and meows often, but quietly. Pinto is kitten so the adoption fees for him are $340. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He also tested negative to the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leucose virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Sa queue duveteuse est magnifique et ses moustaches d'oreilles extra longues font l'envie de tous.//She's initially very shy and timid, and will hiss out of fear but isn't aggressive at all.She likes to hide during the day when she's sleeping but will come out to play if she hears you jingle a toy or shake a bag of treats. She'll also come if you call her name. Once she trusts you, she is a cuddle bug and loves to be pet and brushed all over. She loves to flop onto her back and roll around when she's feeling loved and receiving lots of pets and compliments. She gets along great with our two cats and loves to play tag with them. She's very gentle and although she does have a habit of nibbling when your hand gets near her face while she's in play mode, she always stops when you tell her to and never actually bites hard. She makes hilarious faces and has the sweetest personality. Endless fun and laughs with Pimento. Her fluffy tail is magnificent and her extra long ear whiskers are the envy of all of us.

Story
Although he is very afraid at first, he is deep down a cuddle bug and needs to be where his human is, ideally on him. He needs play time and brushing (which he loves) and lots of pets. Newton also has an adventurous side to him and likes exploring every corner of the house.Since he doesn't have teeth anymore, he only eats wet food which means he cannot be left alone more than 24 hours at a time.Ideally, his forever family would be home most of the time as he likes the company of his human.
