Story
Let us introduce you to the lovely lady Smudge! She is a gentle and friendly senior gal who arrived to us after her owner passed away. We are hoping she can find a family to adore her as much as her previous owner did. We are unsure of her history with other cats and dogs, so a slow and structured introduction to other family pets is recommended.

Story
Lewis is a sweet, quiet, and contemplative cat and we feel he would do best with a family who is the same. He enjoys calm energy and the kind of affection that he can decide when he's had enough. If you're looking for a laid back and somewhat independent companion, Lewis is your guy. We don't know much about his past or how he interacts with dogs or other cats, but because he is FIV+, an indoor-only lifestyle would be the best fit for him. This fluffy boy is sure to bring all the warmth and coziness your home needs this winter!

Story
This pretty girl is Cheyanne! Cheyanne is a 7 year old Domestic Long Hair that was brought to SCAC when her previous home was no longer a good fit. Cheyanne enjoys relaxing in her bed, the cat tree, treats, wet food, and pets on her terms. This sweet girl relies heavily on the security of her bed. Once Cheyanne is comfortable she is really sweet and friendly. She may take longer than usual to warm up to a new environment, but she is well worth the wait. Due to Cheyanne being so anxious, she is looking for a quiet home with another mellow, friendly feline. Please visit the following link on our website to learn about Second Chance's adoption process. http://www.2ndchanceanimalcenter.org/adoption.html August 1, 2025, 2:20 pm
